At Formella.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
Due to the nature of dermatology, skincare, and personal care products, certain restrictions apply for safety and hygiene reasons.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Product delivered is damaged, leaking, or tampered

Product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or variant)

Product delivered is expired
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products

Products with broken seals or altered packaging

Prescription-based medicines or dermatology products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return request:

Email us at support@formella.in within 24 hours of delivery

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable)
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Replacements will be shipped after the returned product has been picked up or verified.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@formella.in with your Order ID.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated time:

8. Limitation of Liability
Formella.in reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Our decision on returns and refunds shall be final and binding.
